The Ritual Policies

Booking Policy

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure all appointments. This will be applied toward your service total.

• Scheduling: Bookings can be made online through the website, IG direct message or contacting us directly at info@theritualmaui.com

• Confirmation: Appointment reminders will be sent 48 hours prior via email or text. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Notice Requirement: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.

• Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit.

 No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

• Rescheduling Limit: Deposits can be transferred once if rescheduling occurs within the required time frame.

Late Arrival Policy

• Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period. After this, your appointment may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or you may need to reschedule.

• Fees for Tardiness: If rescheduling is required due to late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.

Service Policy

• Consultations: First-time clients will complete a consultation form to customize treatments to your needs.

• Results Disclaimer: Skin and lash results vary based on individual factors. We do our best to provide professional recommendations to achieve optimal results.

• Guests: For the safety and comfort of all, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment.

Refund Policy 

• Services: Services are non-refundable. If you’re dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours for an adjustment or touch-up.

Health & Safety Policy

• Disclosure: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your service.

• Illness: If you feel unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Clients showing signs of illness may be turned away to maintain a safe environment.

• Sanitation: We adhere to strict cleaning protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.

Payment Policy

• Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit online payment, Venmo. Payment is required in full at the end of the service.

• Gratuity: Gratuities are always appreciated but not mandatory.

Additional Notes

• Lash Extensions Maintenance: Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup or oil for optimal retention.

• Facial Aftercare: Post-treatment instructions will be provided to help you maintain your results.
